It is Ayurveda’s principal healing tool. This a massage with comfortable stroke dong with the application of medicates oils.This massage is performed by two therapist for 60 mins.

Shirodhara

Sirodhara-Sira- means ‘head’ and Dhara means’ continous flow’ of a liquid.In the process some herbal oils, Medicated, milk, medicated butter milk etc, are poured on the forehead in a special method of about 45-60 minutes in a day for a period of 7 to 21 days.

Benefits:- This treatment is mainly for insomnia, loss of memory, brain diseases, headaches, mental tension and certain skin diseases. Science has proved that SHIRODHARA increase the levels of serotonin in the brain which elevates the mood and is very useful in the treatment of Anxiety, depression, Epilepsy, hypertension, Diabetic Neuropathy, Strengthens the sensory organs, Premature graying of the hair & hair loss and most importantly relieves stress.

Shitopchar/Cool Treatment/Fruit Massage

This treatment is done in pitt (heat) prokopak patients. As the summer heats up our body begins to suffer, not only from the obvious effects of dehydration but as our stress levels rise along with the  temperature. This treatment/ massage  done  by fruits products.

Sirovasti

Certain lukewarm herbal oil are poured into a cap fitted on the head and held for 30 to 45 minutes per day according to the patient’s conditions for period of 7 days.

Pizhichil

Lukewarm herbal oil are applied all over the body by two trained therapists in a special rhythmic way continuously for about 60-90 minutes. It is extremely soothing and elaxing.

Benefits:- Useful for Rheumatic diseases like arthritis, peralysis, hemiplegia, sexual weakness, nervous weakness and nervous disorders etcetera. Pizhichil is done to get rid of the blockages in channels and nerves.

Elakizhi/Patra Pinda Sweda

A highly rejuvenating treatment in which several herbal ingredients which are tied and dipped into warm medicated oil and simulta-neously massage by two therapists all over the body for one hour.

Janu Basti

Kati Basti

In the treatment the lower back is bathed with warm medicated oil, taking 20 to 40 mins. It promotes the strength to the back.

Thalapothichil

Various medicinal herbs selected according to dosha predominance is made into a paste and applied to the scalp for 30 to 45 minutes.
